Solar SP C-TECH Recliner Chair with Accessory Bag - High

I have owned/used a Solar P1 Worldwide pod for some years now, and I use their Stronghold 101 hooks exclusively. The quality is excellent, and when I ordered this chair , hoping it would help my serious back problems, being higher - I was fully expecting the same quality. Sadly - the chair does not live up to any of the standards I was expecting. It is mechanically flawed, with the 'roller guides' on the back legs a long way from working correctly. The reclining mechanism (pull up on the arm rests) is in my mind borderline dangerous, as there is no locking mechanism once the chair back position has been changed. If the arms are left up and a person sits down and leans back, the chair just reclines uncontrollably. Looking at the overall fit and finish of the chair, it is very obvious the main frame is not very robust - with riveted members, that will come loose in time. In such a 'throw away' World, it would be nice to believe one was upgrading by buying from a Company whose products they had previously associated with high quality. Sadly, that does not seem to be the case. I'm back sitting on my Nash Indulgence chair, which is around 8 years old - and still going strong - it's just a little too low!!
