“Make It Right” program is designed to help carp anglers with their warranty and replacement requests on orders placed with another carp tackle company in United States.
It has been brought to our attention that many anglers in United States have valid warranty requests ignored and unfulfilled.
We decided to take matters into our own hands and honor all valid warranty and replacement requests, even when the original purchase was not made with CarpAngler.com

- Copy of the purchase receipt:
- Copy of the communications with the carp tackle store it was purchased from:
We will review your request and once we validate your warranty coverage we will either assist in getting your product serviced by the manufacturer or we will replace the product ourselves at no charge to you.
The service is limited to brands we carry in our store.
