How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?

We provide $5 flat-rate shipping on all orders so you can stock up on all of the carp angling gear that you need without overpaying for shipping costs.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most orders ship the same day or by the next business day.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 calendar days. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original condition. Check our returns policy for full details.

Can I cancel an order?

As soon as your order is placed, processing begins at our warehouse. While we’ll do our best to cancel your order before it ships, we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your request in time. Please call us at (631) 921-4978 as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

What is your Make It Right program?
