Boatman Bait Boats come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It is designed to ensure that your bait boat performs as intended, giving you the peace of mind you need to focus on your angling.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you encounter a problem with your Boatman Bait Boat within the warranty period, please follow these steps to initiate the warranty procedure:

Step 1: Record a Video - Take a video that clearly demonstrates the issue you are facing with the boat. Ensure that the video is clear and the problem is evident.

Step 2: Take a Picture of the Serial Number - Snap a clear picture of the serial number located on your bait boat. This is crucial for validating your warranty claim.

Step 3: Email Us - Compile the video, the picture of the serial number, and a brief description of the issue. Email this information to our support team. Please include your contact information and purchase details for quicker processing.
3. Manufacturer Review
Upon receiving your email, our manufacturer will review the provided materials to diagnose the problem. This review process will determine which parts are faulty and require replacement. We aim to complete this evaluation promptly to minimize any downtime you experience.
4. Parts Replacement
Based on the manufacturer's assessment, the required parts will be identified. The fulfillment process for these parts is as follows:

If Available: If the needed parts are available in our Carp Angler store inventory, they will be shipped to you immediately at no additional cost.

If Not Available: Should the parts not be in stock, we will order them from Boatman directly. These parts will be shipped and delivered with the next BoatMan order. This method may take longer, but it ensures that you receive the exact replacement parts needed for your bait boat.
5. Customer Responsibility
Once the replacement parts are received, you will be responsible for the installation. You have two options for this process:

DIY Installation: If you are comfortable and skilled in DIY projects, you may choose to install the parts yourself. This is often the quickest way to get your bait boat back in action.

Professional Installation: If you prefer or require professional assistance, you can bring your bait boat and the replacement parts to a local RC (Remote Control) shop. The installation fee at the RC shop will be your responsibility.
